1. Review and Inspiration
 

After our initial planning phase, we review your ideas and concepts to help us understand how your dreams and renovation project inspirations can become reality. We suggest doing your deep dive at this point, adding anything that the initial planning stage missed or adjusting if needed.  We encourage our clients at this stage to provide any additional inspirational images using Houzz, Pinterest, Instagram, and other print sources. At this point we will start measuring for the project, organizing our team and trades.

 
2. Planning and Design
 

At this point, we are at the design phase of planning. A design idea is agreed upon and the design is presented to all of our team for review in a collaborative process to adjust for any changes or unforeseen complex issues. The team can provide pricing on a level of finishing and materials that suit your projects.

 

3. Final Approval and Project Plan
 

We’ve made it. This is the planning phase where the dream becomes a reality. You will receive a scope of work, and detailed construction specifications which will reflect the choices that you have made for your project for your dream renovation project.
